I've read over the 10Q.
I am wondering what they are saying (or not saying) in the section
Expected Changes in Number of Employees, Plant, and Equipment
"We do not currently plan to purchase specific additional physical plant and significant equipment within the immediate future. "
My understanding was that the company will be investing in equipment to bring a canning/bottling facility into production at the old Friar Tuck Inn site. If they are, why no mention in the report? Has to be an intentional omission, and I believe it's for maintaining secrecy.
I understand the need for secrecy. Any details, even just dollar figures, may tip their hand to the competition as to specific business plans. I am just trying to level-set in my own mind on the level of information we're going to be getting about business actions going forward. I think I've just talked myself into being totally fine not knowing any details about their plans. Indeed, the words 'canning' and 'bottling' are not to be found in the entire report.
