I frequently visit otcmarkets for the most recent share-structure update, however I've yet to find a way to easily see a list of all the changes to O/S. Am I just overlooking it?
Being able to quickly determine whether or not a company has a history of dilution, in my opinion, would be an extremely useful asset. I would love to know of any online resource that can provide this information. If it doesn't already exist, I guess I'll just have to try and talk Joe and David into building it, lol
