We will be publishing a letter explaining, but issuing shares has always been communicated as part of the plan for employee and staff issuances. We also have some contractual obligations that require issuances. More details will be shared in the letter being published tonight.
We are looking forward to Cannes where Ivan will be meeting with several content partners as well as showing off the 3.0 product.
