According to a recently released analysis report from NRC Health, 93 percent of families responded "definitely yes" or "probably yes" when asked if they would recommend Alabama Nursing Homes as a place to receive care -- compared to 89 percent nationally. In addition, 90 percent of residents said "definitely yes" or "probably yes" when asked if they would recommend the nursing centers as a place to receive care.

Over 10 years ago, Alabama Nursing Homes embarked on a journey to prioritize customer satisfaction, and have since used feedback received from surveys fielded by NRC Health to continually enhance the quality of care they deliver. Since partnering with NRC Health, the nursing centers have steadily improved their satisfaction scores and are consistently exceeding national averages.
