Actually, I believe DF said that no increase in the share count was anticipated because of other funding or something to that effect. I forget who posted the exact statement after a conversation with him
Some posters took that to mean "no further dilution at all" reinforcing an incorrect assumption.
These are not lies being told by management, it's speculative information being posted as fact.
I tried to tell people to take the "no dilution" statements with a grain of salt to avoid exactly what is going to happen......people freaking out about it.
There is always a possibility of dilution. Unexpected things come up in business that require financing. As long as it is minimal and for a specific purpose I don't see a problem.
This seems like a minimal raise anyway.
For all we know they might have put more shares out there because there is a demand for them. We all know shares are becoming hard to get. Could be to settle the court cases, who knows....
Either way.....the situation on what is coming hasn't changed. IMO we are in a good place.
