An embarrassment of a rather rich pipeline, indeed. Agree: Brilacidin is the King for right now, at least until Kevetrin takes spotlight should that pesky oral formulation happen and the Efficacy Results follow due to better dosing leveraging its PK.
But don't count Prurisol out.
All psoriasis drugs typically test across 4 or 5 related autoimmune indications. See below.
Also check out how many indications Apremilast is being tested across. Think what the (how long and varied) the lists for B and K could someday look like.
