Yeah i dont know either but ive seen some pennies stocks of late i.e. $fnbc which delisted and went bankrupt after its massive dive like 2 days later start shooting 2 3 hundred percent day.. It seems as though $icld has a lot of contracts and a back log of work which is more like a construction company they don't get paid till the job is done.. Im gonna keep holding i think.. This one will be worth it in the long run imo .. There are 65 pages in this filing we will see starting monday what the market projects.. Im optimistic still..
