Not at all surprised to see a bump in the OS in fact I expected this sooner but it will be interesting to see why nearly 10mm instead of just slightly over the 2mm that is owed Long Side? From what I understand, payment on the $$$ has already been made so what's the roughly 8mm extra for? Partial reimbursement of the 1mm already paid to Long Side? I'm sure it'll be spelled out to us on Monday with the Q.
Suffice it to say, as much of a dilution hawk I am, this is an ugly but necessary move. It should satisfy the agreement with Long Side so we can finally wipe that dingle berry from our ass and move forward free and clear from the poor business decisions that were made in the past by previous management.
So unless NTEK tells us dilution will continue, nothing in my mind has changed. As I said, this was a totally expected move and finally gets that two headed monkey off our back!
