That's good news? Overstock sells heavily discounted items that are - wait for it - overstocked. Can't be sold. And of course, no membership revenue for Overstock buyers. Maybe if the company wasn't already paying more for its products than it could sell them for, this would be good, but since that wasn't the case last year (GROSS profit was negative)...
