Leaving Nevada and not paying for a marginal property is imo exactly the right move by Enertopia, paving the way for an acquisition in South America where the pilot plant (already funded) will likely be located and the ppm lithium grades are much higher, the government is more amenable, the property owners are keen to do a deal, and the technology obviously suits the types of brine. It amazes me how people hear "Tesla" and believe they will be the answer to everything when Nevada has barely one operating lithium mine (Silver Peak, owned by Arlbamarle). And the potential land deal in South American could be set in the next 30 days or so as the CEO departs on his trip to meet with owners and analyse the brines as he goes. This company can be running very quickly and why can people not see how positive the ENRT/TOP progression is?? I'm guessing that if you bought a year ago you probably got in at 3 cents or so, therefore you're above water now and a couple of weeks ago we were trading at US12 cents. Not too bad. BTW - look at the entire sector, both lithium and cannabis as well as most other juniors that have come back as people turn a little more defensive as we are 9 years into a bull market on the big boards. Time to accumulate again, imo. It is a long term play but I am expecting also short term moves on such positive work!!!
