Also the webinar confirmed ACS/SFOR working with PCI.
A lot of the attendees were from companies trying to implement the new MFA standards rolling across industries, the one industry that we should focus on at this time is the card payment industry
Texas Pacific Group, (TPG) wants to push business towards their Fist Data Corp,(acquired in 2007 for $26b). First Data Corporation is a global payment technology solutions and the PCI standards counsel is pushing for MFA.as of Feb 2017
One of the head guys at First Data Corp is also part of the PCI counsel setting the standards.
As we know, SFOR is currently represented by Ropes and Gray, which happens to be TPG's strong arm trying to upheld these patents in court.
On my previous post CJ from ACS confirmed First Data Corp and Bank of America Merchant Services being clients of ACS.
BOA and First Data got together in 2009 to form BOA Merchant Services.
This industry is not just held within the US, the card payment industry is world wide and TPG wants to profit from MFA also.
SO, how did ACS land large contracts with 2 card payment corporations.......TPG sent them in my opinion.
