The Consulting Agreements provide that each of the new Directors will receive a consulting salary of $8,000 per month, with an additional $16,000 annually for their service as members of the board. In addition, pursuant to the Consulting Agreements, we granted each new Director immediately vested options to purchase 7,000,000 shares of our common stock at a price of $0.045 per share. The agreements also provide for each new Director to received vested options to purchase an additional 2,000,000 shares of our common stock at a price of $0.045 per share on November 1, 2017. The initial term of each Consulting Agreement is two years.
I take this as these two dont need 8k a month in payments. What they received that could/will be big in the future are those stock options.
But they only become really substantial with a really large share price increase.
They are doing this expecting those options to be worth millions in the future. I am sure they could care less if its worth in the thousands in the future.
