An old stock broker friend of mine indicated that companies when possible timed releases based on how they thought the news would be perceived. Bad news was almost always dumped after the market close on Friday, preferably on a 3 day weekend. Good news normally came before the open, early in the week to gain time for the news to be worked by the broker.

This information was share many years ago when most investors dealt through conventional brokers, while this is dramatically changed with most trading using on line brokerages, I think it's still valid.

If OWCP believes that investors will be critical of what's in the quarterly, I think they'll issue it after the close today. On the other hand if they view it positively, it might come before the bell on Monday.

I believe the reality is that some investors will see great news in what's said in the quarterly, while others will say it's terrible. Quarterlies by their very nature must echo the warnings about investing in stock that the SEC insists on. They have to give us the financial facts, and no matter how much money a company is working with, some investors will make the case that it's not enough.

I certainly don't know what the narrative will be, but I'd hope that they discuss what's in the works for marketing in the U.S. I'd hope they status the trials being run, as well as what's anticipated in the coming months. While they status the financial position on March 31st, I'd hope they'd provide some indication of what fundraising they did at the Monaco conference. In short, I'd hope we'd be brought up to date, not just through March 31st.

Gary
