- by virtue of transactions in shares, BlackRock Inc. has fallen below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights attached to shares of Kinepolis Group NV;
- by virtue of transactions in equivalent financial instruments, BlackRock Inc. has crossed the threshold of 3% of the voting rights attached to equivalent financial instruments.
