LMAO, don't forget to mention the $102 000 working capital he had in January[/b], the revenue coming from debt conversions, the deferred payment of $200 000 coming next quarter, Preferred shares that will give the company enough liquidity to buy a brokerage and cover all expenses for 2012 and by then there will be enough revenue coming in from the TA/BD! Whats more; Audited Financials, S-1 & up listing, new TA clients, new companies to invest in... & lots more...
