The FBI is slow when it comes to SEC cases. I was contacted by an agent of the the FBI in 2010. I was asked and agreed to be a shareholder witness against James Turek, CEO of PLNI. I took the stand in addition to other shareholders and he received 17 years for securities fraud and tax evasion. Anyone can look up that case out of Lexington, Kentucky. Those on the Ihub TECO'S board are next. The FBI are onto them! I'm the one with contacts into the SEC division of the FBI. I've helped them before and I'll be helping them again.
