(NASDAQ: $DRAM) is executing a 1 for 4 reverse split of their common shares today Monday May 8th, 2017. This action is necessary for the acquisition of U.S. Gold Corp. which may be very close to coming to fruition.
The reverse split will bring the the outstanding shares down from 4.8M to approximately 1.2M shares outstanding with even less in the float. The tiny float coupled with the acquisition and we could be looking at a fast runner this week.
