NTEK is under constant attack by those who want nothing more than to see their complete failure. NTEK is not required to submit a form 4 filing. Besides during a time when mergers/acquisitions or other non public yet material dealings are occurring any insiders buying up shares would be considered Insider Trading and Illegal. just sayin'!
