That stood out to me as well. It would be nice to have the cash but SS not having the licensing for the hemisphere isn't the worst thing either. They are reliant on Coates Tech for one of their products so they will be buying it anyhow. What's really interesting is how Mosel makes constant reference to having the exclusive license to the tech even though they haven't fulfilled their end of the bargain. It could be in escrow until GC shows a working product which I also understand.
Bottom line GC makes the tech work and SS keeps selling the concept and we have liftoff regardless of who has the license. As many have stated there needs to be a significant amount of capital to produce what SS hopes to purchase in the future so we are going to have to sell something in the meantime.
