As far as I know, and I will investigate this furt

However let's say that PA and OH make a pact to enjoin MMJ from one state to the next, I don't believe the FDA/Federal Gov. has any say. The Constitution only allows the federal gov to intervene when there is a dispute between the separate states. Have to look that up in the Constitution.
It's strange that a natural healing substance could bring forth so much controversy that unjustly depends on the federal gov. that really has no say in what states do, except for federal funding. AND THAT'S THE ONLY REASON THE STATES FOLLOW THE FED GUIDELINES.
Such nonsense.
So while I sit and watch my friend die, because of the FDA not approving meds that are natural and could help my friend, I should be okay with that?
If you want to know the story, PM me.
I'm not angry with OWC, but the bullshit regulations against natural healing that Drs used to prescribe but are not allowed to..
Sorry, my Doc is pretty good. But most do just to buy their expensive car or house. Truth.
Okay, enough, stepping down off the fruit box.
