but they were working on the shot orders without a purchase order or was it just Core mark who just carried it in their portfolio.
If you look at this company, it's employee owned with hundreds of people working their own territories. This isn't a distributor who will carry the product and just list it on their product lists.These people are like hjoe distributors, they deal with each store on an individual basis...big difference from before..They will push the product, for more sales/own.
Secondly, this is the same development and look as craft beers.Initially brewers like bud,miller, didn't see a need for upper end products...look at the industry today, it is the opposite.People will pay way more for a higher end beer.That could/may happen here and with this product.Its gar superior to most and in the same price range.
Shelf space is limited.But, every new business that it penetrates, will increase sales , brand awareness, and the likelihood someone else will carry it.
How big it can get in these type of stores is not my point, it's getting in and adding to the pot. If it gets into 50-75 more travel plazas, that still some selling and coin coming into the company. And will grow the jerky division.
