He is the joke! His uncontrolled spending has already caused the credit rating to be downgraded for the first time in history!
Wait until he wants the debt ceiling raised again and we will see who is laughing!
Of course before the ink was dry the engines were warming up so he could get back on the golf course in Hawaii!
