Here's what i think..
No patents issued.. we are not going any where..
Why? Without patents, they can protect their products on the market. So, no products launch
Without patents, they already stated they will not release any data.
I supposed they can still sign a distribution partner and start the promotion once they have a firmed staus on patents.
All about patents in my book.
