First of all, you are losing money as you have since you bought TPAC because it has gone down and you’re still complaining.
=> yes I am below my cost basis. Like stated numerous times-I am not nor have I ever traded this. My long term outlook has changed per my reply to Bill. My complaints are with the purposeful misinformation, manipulation, treatment of shareholders, and refusal by company/IR to address failures.
Second, your perspective is based on wrong information. You are on the outside without any knowledge as to what is actually happening.
=> so you have inside information? And this comes from the ARC and IRMuse which actively promotes the aggressive trading/flipping of $TPAC shares which os what CEO lamented back during his original Cc?
Third, the FIC was not designed to raise the TPAC share price; it was designed to raise the shareholder position fund, so again you’re right on the money!
=> please - explain "shareholder position fund" and how it correlates to "share buyback" and OS Reduction which both CEO and IRMuse aggressively committed to for 2016 (despite IRMuse claiming it was impossible due to preferred shares maturing and dumping).
And last but not least, IR/MUSE is a reporting source - It reports exactly what Bill says or does.
=> so who gave the $0.01 PPS target that IRMuse "reported on" as well as James when he was speaking on behalf of the company during CC last fall? Bill was adamant that he would not and did not provide price targets.
What it reported outside of Bill is that it would have a new information source and TPAC sure does. It reported that it would have new partners and it sure does
=> despite the immediate contradiction that it is only a reporting source - what is the new info source? Or is this another one only selectively disclosed to those in the ARC?
So - i assume you will have no legitimate response let alone answers to thise questions.
