A few years back I had Dan, Barry, and Igor come out to my office.
I really like Dan. Sharp guy with the numbers (we discuused fuel consumption, capacity, etc.).
Even though I grilled him with the tough questions, he stayed calm and reserved because he clearly knew what he was talking about.
They walked out of the office that day with a $1 million check in hand.
Truly another damn good choice by our CEO........
