Tractor Supply Company Announces 12.5% Dividend Increase

BRENTWOOD, TN --(Marketwired - May 09, 2017) - Tractor Supply Company ( NASDAQ : TSCO ), the largest rural lifestyle retail store chain in the United States, today announced that its Board of Directors increased the Company's quarterly cash dividend 12.5% to $0.27 per share of the Company's common stock, up from the previous $0.24 per share.

The dividend will be paid on June 6, 2017, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 22, 2017.

Cynthia Jamison, Tractor Supply Company's Chairman of the Board, commented, "We are pleased to announce the Board's decision to increase Tractor Supply's quarterly cash dividend for the seventh consecutive year. The decision to increase the dividend by 12.5%, along with the Board's decision in October of last year to authorize a $1 billion increase in the Company's share repurchase program, is intended to return cash to shareholders while continuing to invest in growth. The Board continues to have confidence in Tractor Supply's ability to execute its long-term business plan and deliver sustainable cash flow and long-term growth."
