At the time of the original sale by Nations, the value was in the $300K range. In the limited info so far (where is that damn filing), OWC is claiming damages of $2MM. Seems quite far apart from the number needed to make OWC and us whole again. Add that to why would a law firm in its speciatly so screw a paid clent, when they never did it before, and OWC was represented by a partner, not a paralegal? Where is that damn filing?
