I think that the Gates are willing to contribute to the best of the best. Now, should I be on target with any of this, remote possibility, a test of this sort would either eliminate our technology or solidify it. Hopefully the later.
Please keep in mind that i made this stuff up and there is no factual basis for what I wrote, but hopefully, I am not too far from the truth.
