The new rules will enable non-SEC Reporting venture stage companies to align themselves with over 900 of their peer companies that trade on OTCQB.
We have updated rules for OTCQB to provide non-SEC Reporting companies with the benefits of public trading, while lowering the cost and complexity of being public.
