Agree, mostly likely the case based on lacking of information available.
So Freschfield is not "uplisting" from one exchange to another. They may be preparing to go public and doing an initial listing (or the British version of an IPO) on an exchange. But no statement to this effect from Freschfield.

I didn't see a whisper about FF uplisting to AIM from SH meeting, but I did see "In the Q&A session it was revealed that Freshfield is traded on the British equivalent of the OTC market." and "Moreover, it seems that Freshfield is in it’s infancy like QTMM. They are apparently listed on the British equivalent of the OTC, I believe it’s called the AIM. " (IH#37994).
