McCusker Holdings Corp announcing retiring shares. The company plans on retiring 300,000,000 shares of common stock by 06/05/2017.
MHC is forecasting to be a debt free entity upon completion of all necessary conversion which are expected to be completed by 05/12/17.
In addition to being debt free, MHC expects to have cash on hand and significant stock in treasury to complete mission-critical acquisitions
