The company has not increase the AS in 5 years.
The company which is family owned...owns 1.6bil of the 2.5bil OS
They are in the process of buying back 50mil sh
They will continue buyback efforts when the 50mil buyback is completed

The biggest news is that they were recently approved for a 35mil loan however the funds have not been received. From their April 26 PR they need to achieve a pps of 20 cents to access the loan.
