Research In Motion Ltd. ( RIMM : Quote ) is gaining nearly 3 percent to $12.21.
Zipcar, Inc. ( ZIP : Quote ) is jumping over 47 percent to $12.16. Avis Budget Group, Inc. (CAR) has agreed to buy the car sharing network for $12.25 per share in cash, representing a total transaction value of about $500 million.
