It's quite possible that they don't have a dedicated person that monitors the "contact us" emails from their owcpharma website. I would have thought that it would be Amir.

My advice is that if you want answers the best thing to do is to email your questions to the company's general email address first. If you don't get a reasonably prompt reply or you feel that the answer is just BS, resend another email and this time send it to as many people associated with the company that you can find. I guarantee that you will get a more thorough response.
