If it weren't for some of what Session's says, I'd

I believe the fact is that Session's could try to shut down a farm in a state which has both medical and recreational marijuana. It's not just about the store's selling the products, I don't know that he won't go after producers.
The reality, I believe, is that we need the legislation that makes it clear as to how the entire cannabis market should be run. The idea that our cream, or any other medication being made from cannabis must be made in the State where it's being sold is absurd. I can live with the idea that it can only be sold in State's where it's legal, but forcing each State to have it's own production line for the likes of our psoriasis cream is absurd.
Could you imagine the chaos if things like vitamin's, fish oils, etc. had to be produced in the State where it's being used. I just don't see where our psoriasis cream should be any different if the safety trial determines it has no negative side effects. If in fact you could get high by overuse of the cream, perhaps it should be limited in terms of the volume you can purchase, like cough meds that contain pseudophedrine do.
