The individuals that complaining about customer ssupport, app freezing, not loading, etc. The individuals that purchased and feeling they are in the dark, not talking about individuals wanting the company to fail. You want customers to repeat and tell others, not regretting they became customers. It May not be possible but you strive to have a 100% positive perception especially from your custoners. Strive for 100% not 99%.
