Why would you want to vote against the name change. The name Baltia has been around for a few decades and never flew a single passenger. Now with the new team and a great name change my question is why not change it and lets create a new legacy and company. Tony and team has done an amazing job ever since taking over (and in such a short amount of time) and I am sure we will all be BLOWN AWAY on Thursday.
As far as the RS this IMO would be a great move for all USGL longs as we need to get out of the PINKS and get into the markets where institutions can start buying the newest and best airline. This will be extremely positive for the price per share.
