2x the pain is not sufficient punishment for the criminal bashers who have literally killed people, by their efforts to slow the progress of life-saving drugs.
A perp walk and jail time, or at least their names and pictures in the newspapers so all their family members know what despicable people they are -- that would be a beginning step in their punishment.
