Supposed $CEGX email from CEO to a member on the Lie-Hub board. Take it with a grain of salt as every ticker on that site has a super special poster thats privy to direct contact with the CEO meanwhile others can never get responses. So I don't put to much credibility to the supposed emails and contact with CEO/insiders.

Just read the new 8k. Can you shed some light on it for me in your own words. will the new accountant take a long time to audit the filings? thanks.

We are working on a press release to shed some light on our change of auditor but in a nut shell it is due to costs and timeliness.
We are trying to reduce costs (RBSM has doubled their costs over the last 3 years). RBSM always makes us use their people in India which are on an opposite time schedule which makes filings difficult. We are using a smaller firm that does all the work in the US, only handles a few OTC companies, firm partners work directly with us and they already do a couple of small oil & gas companies.
Our filings should have been done and filed by now and they are not, which is not acceptable – RBSM was even paid in advance. Time to make a change.
