We probably will never know the precise reason, but I wonder if it's in any way related to the termination of the relationship with Medmar.
I believe that the company needs to communicate with investors to gain a significant advance in share price prior to certain things happening. Of course it will be substantially higher on sales of the psoriasis cream, regardless of where it's sold. I should also be up on release of efficacy results, and on the safety trial determining that no safety problem exists. All these things are weeks to months away, but much could be answered should the company have answer's on a new U.S. strategy, as well as other questions shareholder's and Analyst's would like to ask.
A quarterly that includes a conference call and webcast could answer these concerns, and I did recommend it to the company in an email, but it's been days and I've not received an answer. I believe the quarterly is due by the 15th, but if they wished to do it right, they'd announce their intention to issue it on a specific date, and a webcast to follow perhaps an hour or so after the quarterly release.
