GOP had 7 years to have something better waiting in the wings.
It is, as described, "a plan that would gut health coverage for millions of Americans while delivering tax cuts to the rich."
In other words a tax cut unsuccessfully masquerading as a repeal and replace healthcare plan.
Trump either hasn't read the bill or, just as bad, has read it and doesn't give a shit that it's nothing like what he promised; better. cheaper, yada yada
