Personally ... I would go to single payer on all insurance and bankrupt the insurance industry and lawyer industry in all area's . Then regulate hospitals,doctors, pharmaceuticals and lawyers. Little socialist ...but I don't believe insurance and or healthcare can be a for profit venture.
