I can appreciate the interest. I am surprised at how many inquiries I am receiving. Of course I cannot say much until the official release comes out, and I have been advised by legal counsel not to do any kind of phone interviews or anything like that, its very easy to slip up in a phone call and accidentally put out info that is not ready yet, and we are purposely keeping it close to the vest to avoid an unnatural run as much as we can. I can confirm for you that I am the sitting CEO of King Resources, and we are in the process of becoming current with all filings etc. so that we can announce a new direction. I cannot mention the name of the merger acquisition, but we are very excited to be part of the project. Much more information, as well as our official website will be released over the course of the coming weeks.

I understand fully. You can never be too careful. Lets start with the share structure, right now the company is authorized for 2 billion shares with 1.7 outstanding. I think its OK to tell you we are in the process of cleaning up our shareholders list as we have a few large shareholders that are forfeiting shares, so we are getting them off the list and that OS should drop significantly. This is also part of settling up a Franchise tax bill due with Delaware so the authorized will come as far down as I can get it. In DE your annual franchise tax is based on the number of authorized shares. As you can see, I have a lot of work to do and definitely have my hands full just with DE alone.
Now, I have a meeting with our attorneys tomorrow and I will bring up the pros/cons of having a few calls with select shareholders. Clearly eventually someone will have to take shareholder calls, although I hope to be too busy to do it myself. I will also try to get permission from former employers and partners to put together a short bio. This early in a deal, I really try not to drop any names at all because a tidal wave of calls tend to descend upon them pretty quickly, and I do understand why. Of course in a short time all these things will be public info whether I like it or not, but I am just try to limit the "information feeding frenzy" this early on. I do appreciate your interest very much, and I will be happy to give you what information I can, until the shareholder inquiries become too many in number. I am already getting quite a few.
