Enough already! There is an abundance of a lack of knowledge related to investing in the stock market. There are flippers that attempt to make pennies and there are true investors that buy and wait for the company to develop making a sizeable return on their investment. There are people that jump on a message board just to get noticed and in the process piss others off. I strongly suggest you learn how the stock market works before you post and display just how dumb one can be when they offer an opinion without knowledge. If you don't know just ask. There are people that are just nasty and enjoy pissing people off.
Check out the word dilution as it relates to the stock market. Is RMHB a good investment? I think so. If not why would Lilly Li pay Jerry $3.5 million to control the company and dump many millions more to expand the company? The answer is simple! To make money!
There is good dilution and bad dilution. I guess you noticed that the Authorized shares was increased from 800 million to 950 million. Why? Its a tool for expansion via acquisition. Use stock instead of cash to increase the value of the company giving the share holders additional value for the shares. Also note when the Authorized shares are increased nothing changes till the shares are issued, Also note that the preferred shares increase, this is to maintain the control position and prevent a hostile takeover. It doesn't mean this will ever happen and so everything remains the same. Mrs Li is in the process of building the company and the process will continue raising the earnings and allowing the company to file for a trading position on a more prestigious platform such as the NY Exchange or the NASDAQ. Once that goal is reached a whole new world will open for RMHB. Big money people will jump aboard and the stock price will soar. The whole point of this post is, "IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT, THEN DON'T TALK.
