Sorry that was a poor previous post. I couldn't even understand it and I am the author. What I meant to say is thank you flybaltia for advising us on your sale. Life happens to all of us. Many sales have happened recently that we don't understand. There are divorces, colleges, taxes, retirements, home purchases and many other events happening all the time. Many reasons to take a profit off the table. I am lucky I can let this ride for a while. Hope that doesn't change due to life events. I want this to be a life changer. Good luck on your home. Those of us that can hold will be very happy imo.
