I havent read through the judgment but if they pay $64K plus legal interest (max at 24.99%) to be rid of this and move forward - I am more than OK with it. Maybe they have something else sith the Veal trial or a follow up. Maybe they realized it wasnt worth the fight at this time. As a shareholder - I am primarily concerned with the health and forward movement of the company vs revenge/crusading. That being said, I have also been involved in suits long after it was financially viable to drive a message home so I do get the intent.

We probably wont know the Paul Harvey version for a long time if ever.
