Haytore, this is the official DEF 14C, superseding the March 21st (FORM PRER14C). I don't see anything different that we, (and the market) did not already know, so this is already baked into the PPS.
When comparing the two 14C's, in the Amendment section- last paragraph for 'Reason for the Increase' they added a few more sentences. See the last sentence below:
"In order to permit us to raise capital or issue our common stock for other business purposes, we need to increase the number of shares of our common stock and preferred authorized for issuance under our Articles of Incorporation. As a result of the increase in authorized common stock and preferred stock, the Company will be able to issue shares from time to time as may be required for proper business purposes, such as raising additional capital for ongoing operations, establishing strategic relationships with corporate partners, acquiring or investing in complementary businesses or products, providing equity incentives to employees, and effecting stock splits or stock dividends. Currently, the Company has no such plans or agreements."
