This was your original question: What's everybody

This was your original question:
“What's everybody's take on John stepping over from CEO to CTO?.......z”
My answer:
“It's about time. He was in over his head.”
Do you really believe the new CEO cannot do a better job as CEO than JB did? If the new CEO cannot do a better job than JB as CEO, this company will surely be run right into the ground. “A man has to know his limitations.” JB met his. He handled time and money in almost an irresponsible and reckless manner. He has had a research and development company, with a production company employee base and expenses.
JB is in the right position now, as CTO, to help grow the company. He is no genius on the business side, and has proved it over and over. Our investments in JBII now stand a much better chance of growing. JB’s investment has a much better chance of growing too. I think he woke up and smelled the coffee; probably with enough push from various entities. It’s been a long time coming. We are damn lucky some folks wanted to put 10 million more dollars into this company. It looks like they demanded the changes we have seen recently. I’m glad. We will all be thankful. The next thing I am hoping to see is JB loosing his super majority voting status. That NEEDS to happen.
JBII is an investment for me. I intend to speak plainly about it here.
