FYI, to those who have not received their Proxy yet, I just got off the phone with John Sherman. If your shares are through a brokerage as mine are (Scottrade), those Proxies were not sent out until the beginning of this week including yesterday and today so they may still be on the way! I for one have still not received mine.
He did state that if you don't have it by the shareholder meeting for entry (registration site indicated that it was required to get on the shuttle bus) it will not prevent you from being able to attend since they can verify your shares.
