I'm growing tired of having to spend so much time

Google makes it so easy to find pieces of information. Try it.
Article from June 2016 at Washington Post:

MedMar, LLC is listed. Alon and Baruch were involved as Board Members for sure. As of the posting of this article, they weren't approved yet by Maryland.
The fact that they were on the Board or involved with this company means nothing in terms of legitimacy.
I was called by a friend who wants to try and become approved to grow in North Dakota and the State of North Dakota essentially wants Business Leaders in order to consider approval -- probably as a way to avoid giving licenses to POTHEADS.
So, the fact that they would ask a Medical Cannabis DOCTOR / SCIENTIST to be involved was probably STRATEGIC to help ensure they'd be approved.
My assumption is -- they were NOT approved by Maryland. Shit happens.
Doesn't PROVE anything about this having "bogus" intentions.
